• Account & Church Organization Data: Name, ministry name, email address, role, custom branding details (logos/colors), and contact preferences when setting up an administrative account.
• Member Attendance Data: Member names, group/cell affiliations, check-in timestamps, and attendance verification logs submitted by church admins, group leaders, or individual attendees.
• Technical & Usage Analytics: IP address, device type, browser metadata, and interaction metrics required to deliver and secure the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver fast, two-tap attendance check-ins and member verification tools.
• To route first-timer and unassigned member check-ins to designated pastoral care teams.
• To generate aggregated attendance reports and follow-up insights for authorized church leadership.
• To maintain strict multi-tenant data separation.

3. Data Isolation, Security & Compliance

We enforce strict data isolation protocols. Data belonging to one church or fellowship is never accessible by or shared with another ministry. We store user and attendance data behind encrypted databases and edge infrastructure in alignment with data protection regulations, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your church or member data to advertisers or third parties. We only share data with essential infrastructure service providers bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
