1. Free Tier Guarantee

Churches up to 500 members can use core attendance check-in and leader verification features free of charge, allowing leadership to test the system before committing to paid upgrades.

2. Subscription Upgrades & Billing

Paid plans are billed clearly through our secure payment channels. Subscriptions do not renew automatically without confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your paid subscription from Church Admin Settings or by contacting support@watchfulshepherd.online. Your account remains active at the paid tier until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital SaaS deployment and infrastructure provisioning, we maintain a strict no-refund stance for completed subscription payments, with rare exceptions for documented platform billing errors.
