Welcome to The Watchful Shepherd, a SaaS attendance and pastoral workflow platform owned and operated by KindredNest International. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Usage Eligibility & Account Registration

By creating an account on behalf of a church, ministry, or fellowship, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of that organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities conducted under your admin account.

2. Service Scope & Fair Usage

• Free Tier: Core attendance features are free for churches with up to 500 active members.
• Paid & Custom Tiers: Advanced features are subject to the pricing plans presented at purchase.
• Subscription Terms: Subscriptions do not auto-renew without explicit user confirmation.

3. Member Data Responsibility

Church administrators and designated group leaders are responsible for ensuring attendance logging and contact information comply with applicable privacy guidelines and consent practices.

4. Intellectual Property

All software architecture, visual designs, logos, and branding associated with The Watchful Shepherd are the exclusive intellectual property of KindredNest International. Your organization retains ownership of uploaded logos, church graphics, and congregational data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KindredNest International shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized third-party access beyond our reasonable security controls.
